Why choose a Challenge Course program for your organization, team, or school group? Challenge course initiatives challenge participants to enhance their communication skills, set goals, make decisions, develop leadership, and find ways to solve problems, as a team.
What to Expect
The program you will be participating in is a low and high initiative program. Initiatives are best defined as activities that teach. Skills you can expect to stretch:
˙ Problem Solving
˙ Communication
˙ Goal Setting
˙ Decision Making
˙ Leadership
˙ Conflict Management
˙ Teamwork
˙ Self-esteem
˙ Trust
Custom-Designed Programs
Programs are tailored to the specific needs and interests of each group and can vary in length from a 4-hour program to a multi-day program.
Groups will receive a worksheet prior to their program which allows the group and the school to exchange goals and objectives.
Birthday parties— unique and unforgettable—can be scheduled for a shorter program.
The elements of your program at Springside can include elements from the low course or the high ropes. Click on a link to the left to read about many of the specific activities, or to hear what participants say.
